Thumb Butte

Uncle Fort was in town this weekend, so we all went up to Prescott for a good time. We went on a beautiful short (but very steep) hike up Thumb Butte. I think Fort and Paloma finally bonded, since he carried her all the way up the hill (and back down too).



We were very proud of Grandma (and Grandpa) for making it to the top!

Paloma meets Ben

My long-time friend Tonya was visiting from Portland last week, and we hadn't seen each other since be became moms. Sweet Pea and I were FINALLY able to meet the little "poo" bear, Ben. And yes Mom, he is really as cute in person as he is on his blog. Too bad I couldn't get a better picture of them together.

Sweet Pea goes to Chicago

Paloma took another trip to Chicago last weekend. This time, the plane ride was MUCH more difficult. Here are some cute pictures we took while we were there.

Sweet Pea took her first steps (about nine!) while we were there. But now that we're home, she isn't really interested in walking. :(
