Merry Christmas!

Christmas was especially fun this year ...

Sweet Pea was very surprised on Christmas morning when she saw what Santa had brought for her... a kitchen set!



And she was also very excited when Daddy opened up the waffle maker she bought for him.

and the crayons and coloring book too...



Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our friends and family. We apologize for not sending out Christmas cards this year, and we want you to know that you are all in our hearts this holiday season.

Breakfast with Santa and Daddy

This morning we had a neighborhood breakfast with Santa. We were so proud of Sweet Pea for at least being in the same room as Santa and watching him hand out gifts without having a fit. And although she wouldn't go close to Santa's lap, she gladly sat on Daddy's so we could take a nice picture.

Sweet Pea built her first ginger bread house today with Grandma Guerin.












It appears she took the job very seriously.

We went up to Prescott last weekend for the annual Christmas parade, lighting of the square, and visit with Santa, which we have done for the past 3 years now. The first year Paloma didn't mind Santa's comfortable lap. Last year she was pretty scared, but we still got a picture of her with Santa. This year, we couldn't even get a picture of Sweet Pea crying on Santa's lap. But she did enjoy riding some toy cars:









No offense, Santa!
